Manpower Composition
The Company had a total of 25,648 employees by the end of 2022, a decrease of 220 compared with the number of 25,868 in the previous year (including 8,024 transferred employees, a decrease of 978 compared with the number of 9,002 in the previous year; 15,528 hierarchical personnel, an increase of 805 compared with the number of 14,723 in the previous year; 2,094 contract employees, a decrease of 47 compared with the number of 2,141 in the previous year). In recent years, hierarchical personnel have become the largest number of employees due to the departure of personnel and the recruitment of new personnel. By the end of 2022, the average age of employees is 45.6 years old compared with 45.8 years old by the end of 2021. It shows that our working environment and welfare system have become better in recent years as the willingness of retention for employees aged 31 to 49 increases year by year.

As of the end of 2022, the ratio of female directors and supervisors was 50%, the director or higher position holders are all nationals, and the ratio of female senior executives accounted for 54.29 %. The number of persons with disabilities hired accounted for approximately 3.30% (762 persons with disabilities should be employed as required by law, and the actual employment was 859 persons, exceeding legal requirement by 97 persons). In addition, in 2022, 39 indigenous people should be employed as required by law, and the actual employment was 261 persons, exceeding legal requirement by 222 people.
